I used this app last year at the Air Canada Centre to order in seat service with no issues. This season I wish I never wasted time using this app. Last night there were issues placing the order that took about five minutes into the first quarter of a raptors game to order. The order did show up in my receipts despite no notification that the order had been successfully placed. I never received my order by using the app. I also tried to add an item. Eventually the app locked me out for 30 minutes because the iPhone 6s Plus fingerprint sensor was not working with the app. I had to find a MasterCard rep to get my order before half time. They had to contact their manager. At the end of half time I got my order. I could have got the items from any vendor walking around in the half game that I waited or got out of my seat and bought something. The app does not appear to have a method of order tracking or any way to contact a human via the app if they screw up your order. Even if it did have this functionality locking me out of the app for 30 minutes prevented me from using the app. I had no problem logging into the app today when I am not at the stadium. Rating: fail!
