I used this app last year at the Air Canada Centre to order in seat service with no issues. This season I wish I never wasted time using this app. Last night there were issues placing the order that took about five minutes into the first quarter of a raptors game to order. The order did show up in my receipts despite no notification that the order had been successfully placed. I never received my order by using the app. I also tried to add an item. Eventually the app locked me out for 30 minutes because the iPhone 6s Plus fingerprint sensor was not working with the app. I had to find a MasterCard rep to get my order before half time. They had to contact their manager. At the end of half time I got my order. I could have got the items from any vendor walking around in the half game that I waited or got out of my seat and bought something. The app does not appear to have a method of order tracking or any way to contact a human via the app if they screw up your order. Even if it did have this functionality locking me out of the app for 30 minutes prevented me from using the app. I had no problem logging into the app today when I am not at the stadium. Rating: fail!

I ordered through this app at the ACC at a Raptors game instead of using in seat dining since I was in the middle of a long section. The food took 30 minutes to arrive, more than an entire quarter, versus the five minutes it took for those sitting next to me to receive their order through regular in seat dining. When it did arrive not only was it an incorrect order but it was also cold and inedible. There was no way to retract the order in the app after I realized it would not arrive in time, and even though there was a digital record of a pepperoni slice rather than a cheese one, they still somehow managed to mess that up (which is actually quite impressive if you think about it). There is also no tip option built into the app. Shame on you MasterCard for affixing your name to such a horrible app and service. The only use I could think of for this app is by underage individuals at the ACC ordering alcohol. At no point was my ID checked by staff for my alcohol order. Perhaps the AGCO should look into this...

Terrible

Screen lock issues, payment processing errors. Cant edit card from payment screen.

Had to call multiple times and food and drinks never made it - dont bother!!!!!!

45 min since I ordered....still waiting. Im at ACC. Terrible app

30 mins to get a beer at ACC, versus 10 via in-seat staff. Painful to add new payment methods since you need a separate Masterpass account, and needs to know your location even when not in use. Overall Ill use it again, but not if Ritual or a similarly well-designed app is available.

Youll get 5 stars when you get with the times and add Apple Pay within the app, or at the minimum, Touch ID password support. Every banking app has this. Come on

I ordered from the app and it was never delivered. When I found out I was charged I emailed them but didnt have any way of getting my money back. Buyer beware. Total scam.

App crashes when trying to create a new account. Tried reinstalling and rebooting. No luck.

Wasted three innings trying to make this app work to order food at ballgame. Deleted it.

Terrible app. I spent almost 3 innings trying to get this to work. I finally had to get a real person to take my order and he said they get tons of complaints for this. What a horrible waste of time.

Never works. Terrible app. Embarrassment to Yankee stadium

Tried it at Yankee Stadium. Takes a couple of min to setup, not a big issue. But, Very limited selection of food items and beverages eg only a handful of rather exotic, overpriced beers. Food and beverages significant more expansive than other sources in Yankee stadium. In addition very limited description of items e.g. no size in oz. for beverages. Oh and Apple pay cant be used as method of payment. There is a long way to go until I consider this app competitive, rather us traditional suppliers in the stadium

Great idea and potentially a time saver and great app. Unfortunately, there is no feedback regarding purchases. You kind of just hope to receive your food. You also get easily locked out of purchases (for 30 minutes). Not a good app for stadium use.

I just downloaded this at Yankee Stadium. It took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to ordering from my seat. Within 10 minutes, my son had is fries and Pepsi. 10 minutes after that, I won 2 free tickets from Qkr!

This app is unusable: screen not responsive, location detector is slow, QR code scanner doesnt work. I had to restart the app multiple times to put in my seat details. Was this app tested at all? What is this, healthcare.gov? I didnt know I was using a windows phone.
