Despite the waitress trying many times, my emailing and calling masterpass and having them hang up on me, I never received the promised 10 GBP off my meal. So either this app doesn't work or it’s a scam. Stay away! I open the “contact us“ link and there is nothing. Total scam.

Won't let me sign in. Won't even let me reset my password. Terrible app (until fixed)!

Fails multiple times when I try to register. “Sorry. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.” Please fix.

No longer need to wait for server to come back to pay bill !

We've come the Yankees games several time from Dallas. This app has NEVER once worked. Even our servers didn't know how to get it to work. Very frustrating!

This app is unusable: screen not responsive, location detector is slow, QR code scanner doesn't work. I had to restart the app multiple times to put in my seat details. Was this app tested at all? What is this, healthcare.gov? I didn't know I was using a windows phone.

I just downloaded this at Yankee Stadium. It took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to ordering from my seat. Within 10 minutes, my son had is fries and Pepsi. 10 minutes after that, I won 2 free tickets from Qkr!

Great idea and potentially a time saver and great app. Unfortunately, there is no feedback regarding purchases. You kind of just hope to receive your food. You also get easily locked out of purchases (for 30 minutes). Not a good app for stadium use.

Tried it at Yankee Stadium. Takes a couple of min to setup, not a big issue. But, Very limited selection of food items and beverages eg only a handful of rather exotic, overpriced beers. Food and beverages significant more expansive than other sources in Yankee stadium. In addition very limited description of items e.g. no size in oz. for beverages. Oh and Apple pay can't be used as method of payment. There is a long way to go until I consider this app competitive, rather us traditional suppliers in the stadium

Terrible app. I spent almost 3 innings trying to get this to work. I finally had to get a real person to take my order and he said they get tons of complaints for this. What a horrible waste of time.

Wasted three innings trying to make this app work to order food at ballgame. Deleted it.

Great format!

App crashes when trying to create a new account. Tried reinstalling and rebooting. No luck.

Just used the app for the first time last night- thanks Matt for helping me make it work! It's awesome. And you're cute.
